Wellness&Spa use conditions:

We kindly ask you to switch off your mobile phones during treatments and to contribute to a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for all guests through your behaviour.

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings, so we kindly ask you to store your valuables in the safe in your hotel room or use the lockers provided in the changing rooms.

Use of the sauna is reserved for guests aged 16 and above, while the swimming pool is open to all guests.

Our services do not include gratuities. As a token of appreciation for excellent service, tips may be given to the staff at your own discretion.

Please inform your therapist of any health conditions that might affect your use of spa facilities or choice of treatment.

We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred date and time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged 100% of the treatment price.

Our indoor pool and spa area are also open to external guests. The daily entrance fee is €40 and includes the use of all facilities within the spa area. Gift vouchers are available at the reception and valid until October 31, 2025 – a perfect gift for relaxation and enjoyment. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is made in euros.
